1. Overview

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for AllisWell Diet and Yoga Plans. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Within 24 Hours of Payment

Clients may cancel their enrollment within 24 hours of payment to be eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels.

2.2 After 24 Hours of Payment

No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of payment, regardless of whether the program has started or not.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Full refunds will only be processed if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment.

3.2 Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be provided after 24 hours of payment.

No refunds for:

Change of mind or personal preferences
Inability to follow the program
Missed sessions or lack of participation
Partial or full usage of services

3.3 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

5. Transfer Policy

All plans are non-transferable and cannot be shared or reassigned.

6. Workshops and Webinars Policy

No refunds will be provided for no-shows to any workshop or webinar after enrollment.

Once enrolled, failure to attend a scheduled workshop or webinar will not be eligible for refund or credit.

7. Medical Emergencies and Exceptions

In case of a genuine medical emergency, clients may request a halt or delay in the program start, subject to submission of valid medical records from a registered hospital and certified doctor. All such requests will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of AllisWell upon verification of documents.
